OUR WICKED GOOD RETURN POLICY


 

If you are dissatisfied with cookies we sent you and would like a refund,
you will be required to notify us by phone or email
within 48 hours of receiving the cookies.

In order to process a refund, you must include the following information:

 

Order Name/Number

If you were given an order number, please make sure you have it so we can use it as a reference.

If you do not have or do not know the order number
, please provide us with the name that the order was purchased under.

Describe the Problem

To the best of your ability, please describe the nature of the problem and your dissatisfaction with our product.

Photograph

In order to process your refund, you must provide a photograph of your cookies that illustrates the nature of the problem.

 
This allows us to investigate with our quality control team on how best to help you.


 

Circumstances for a return/refund request may include:

 

  • Broken cookies
  • Blurred artwork
  • Missed deadline due to a delay
  • General dissatisfaction with the product

    We will not ask for any product to be returned. Rather, we will ask that the customer donates the cookies to a local food bank and can help with setting up a pick up if necessary.

    The customer can expect a refund or replacements within 24 hours of notification.
