What Will My Cookie Look Like?
You will receive a cookie demo in your email within 2 business days of submitting your order.
Our bakery is open Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm
Any orders submitted over the weekend will be responded to on the following Monday or Tuesday.

How Do I Order Photo/Logo Cookies?
Ordering photo and logo cookies are simple! Just select the shape you want, choose your options and delivery date, upload your image, and add your cookies to your cart!
Only one image may be uploaded at a time, and only one image per 24 cookies.
If you need to submit more than one photo, please email your order to email@example.com.
How Do You Make Your Cookies?
We take great pride in the fact that we hand make all of our cookies from scratch and by hand from start to finish. We hand cut, hand frost, and package each and every cookie with care so that they make their way to their destination as lovingly as possible.
Our cookies do not use transfer or sugar papers to put images onto the cookies. Each image is printed directly onto the hardened cookie icing with our special cookie printers so that each cookie tastes just like it should.
How Long Do The Cookies Last?
Our cookies are made with natural ingredients and preservatives and made with love so they last extra long!
If you would like to preserve the freshness of your gourmet cookies, put them in the freezer!
We do NOT recommend freezing logo or photo cookies as it can ruin the printed image.
Are Your Products Nut-Free?
Products that are labeled as “nut-free” contain no peanuts, tree nuts, or nut products, but are produced in a facility that does bake products that contain peanuts, tree nuts, or nut products.
The only product that is currently produced at Wicked Good Cookies that contains peanuts, nuts, or nut products is our Peanut Butter Puddles. These cookies are baked during a time that no other cookies are being produced and using dedicated equipment and with the handling of cookies with gloves and tables and equipment sanitized after baking is complete.
The chocolate chip cookie base is baked prior to the adding of peanut butter cups, in dedicated muffin tins specifically for the use of baking Peanut Butter Puddles. The peanut butter cup is added to the chocolate chip cookie bases in the tins after they have come out of the oven and placed on dedicated cooling racks. At no point do the peanut butter cups come into contact with any other equipment in the facility or other products during production of the peanut butter puddles.
Where Do You Ship?
We ship nationwide with UPS. We offer UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3Day Select, and UPS Ground.
You can use the UPS Ground Map to help determine how many days it will take standard UPS Ground to ship to your location.
Shipping to West Coast?
We strongly recommend our customers to choose at least "3 Day Select" as shipping method to ensure the quality of the cookies because we only use all natural ingredients and do not use any preservatives in our cookies.
Our online system currently can't process orders for International Shipping. However, please give us a call at 508-869-6577 and our Wicked Cookie Concierge can take care of your International Shipping inquiries
Which Shipping Type Should I Use?
We recommend as much time as possible on all orders to ensure lower shipping costs and for cookies to arrive on your desired delivery date. All cookies are made to order to arrive on time.
On each product page, there is a calendar date picker to select when your desired delivery date.
The first date available on the date picker will require Next Day Air services for any order to arrive on that date or it may arrive late.
How Much is Shipping?
The most accurate way to determine your shipping cost is to begin the checkout process.
After you enter in your address and shipping information, the system will be able to tell you how much shipping is.
Multi Shipment Order via Email
1. Download our UPS Upload Form & Use this file to enter your addresses, and follow the formatting per the example on the sheet.
2. Email the form and your order request to firstname.lastname@example.org
Multi Shipment Order via Website
1. Add your order to your cart and go to checkout.
2. Use your billing address for the shipping address.
At checkout, select "In Store Shipping" as your shipping method & Process your order. You will be invoiced for the shipping.
