Refund Policy:

Due to Damage:

We take great care in packaging our products in a safe and secure manner and it is very rare that any damage occurs during shipping.  If, by chance, any cookie is damaged or destroyed in the shipping process, we will happily issue a refund for the cookie's cost.  We cannot be held responsible for minor breakage such as small chips or cracks.  Only the cookies that are severely damaged will be refunded and we reserve the right to request proof in the form of a photograph.  

Due to Errors:

All of our cookies and gifts are highly customized to each individual order and we pride ourselves on paying attention to every last little detail.  In the rare event that we make an error in color, design, spelling or gift card messaging; we will be happy to issue you a partial or complete refund.  We once again reserve the right to request proof in the form of a photograph. 

Shipping Policy:

It typically takes between 2-3 business days to produce your order from the time an order is received to when it will be available for pick up, delivery, or to be shipped.  We use UPS as our preferred shipping partner and you can visit their website(www.ups.com) for accurate transit times.  The ZIP code of origin is 01505.

SHIPPING COSTS: Shipping charges are calculated based on the size of your order, the shipment's destination, and the UPS shipping method chosen.
