Sugar and spice and lots of things nice candidly capture this cookie. We exhaustively  add compellingly complimentary spices to our multiple sugar based batter before we infuse freshly farmed eggs and tons of butter to the edible equation.  We ultimately add an additional layer of refined sugar to sweetly spice this tasteful delight.
