Customer Care

Critical Customer Care Reports are available for client review with each order.  Complete fulfillment services including details on gift type, content, recipient, and all relevant customer and gift data are provided.  If needed, we can readily add “data fields” in all of our reports to more specifically address your marketing analysis and requirements. 

 Finally, for our computer savvy and/or digitally inclined clientele, we’ll establish a corporate URL for intranet inquiries and requests.
